How it works

    Choose your faves and send through a wishlist. If you’re interested in how social can serve, send through an email with how we can help.

  • 2: Get ready to socialise

    We’ll be in touch with your proposal of service. Each offer is personal to every event. We don’t do cookie cutter.

  • 3: Let’s lock it in

    A 50% deposit confirms your event is on our calendar.

  • 4: The nitty gritty

    All coordination / set-up details are put together in a run sheet. Your hire numbers are finalised. The staff are briefed and ready to go.

  • 5: The party is on!

    Banter with the barman, admire the plates. Social gets the conversation started.

Do you set up the products we hire?

We quote for delivery only. If you are wanting to add on our set-up service, add that to your enquiry form and we’ll send you the details!

Can we collect?

Because we deal with fragile products, we only offer delivery service.

Do you have a minimum hire?

Our minimum hire is $250 all year around.

What if we break your product?

We have a % waiver that means any cleaning and breakages are included in the price. 

Can we reuse your products for our next day?

We come and collect our items after their use, however, we can provide your with additional product, or our melamine range (non breakable) for your next day affair.

Do you hire outside of Hawke’s Bay?

Certain products. Please enquire for shipping options.
